2024 Enrolment Information
The school takes enrolments for the following year’s Foundation classes in early May each year. Parents are invited to attend an information meeting or to call the school for an enrolment pack. Enrolments for Foundation and other classes are taken throughout the year depending on availability. As per the Enrolment Policy, Catholic families in the catchment area have first option to available spaces.
Application for Enrolment
An application for enrolment must be completed as fully as possible for every child to be enrolled. Before an application can be considered, the following conditions must be met:
Parents must be prepared to accept the conditions of enrolment fully in respect to each and every child
A Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and Immunisation Certificate must be supplied
Foundation children must be five years old by the 30th April the year they start school
The prime criteria for consideration for enrolment at St. Mary’s are in order as follows.
The child is a sibling of a child(ren) currently enrolled at St Mary’s.
The child is a baptised Catholic.
The family resides within the school’s designated enrolment zone within the parish.
At least one parent should be committed to the practice of their Catholic faith.
The family should already be, or be prepared to support the Parish and its activities, and the established fee and levy requirements of the school.
The family should be willing to actively support the school programs.
Enrolment Pack- The following forms need to be signed and returned to the School: Enrolment Form, Parent/Guardian/Carer Code of Conduct, Student Code of Conduct, Photography & Recording Permission, Consent to Transfer Information Form, School Enrolment Agreement. Please also complete the School Family Occupational Index for both Parents.
