A private school tour with our principal is a great opportunity to see our school in action. We will take the time to have a comprehensive discussion about your child’s individual educational needs and we can also answer any specific questions you may have.  Interested parents are encouraged to book a private school tour with our Principal or call us to arrange a suitable time to come in.

Step 3: Fill Out An Enrolment Form

As a requirement, we need some paperwork filled out and returned to us.

You can download our enrolment form here – and either fill it out using your online PDF editor or print it, fill it out and return it to us via

info@smwhittlesea.catholic.edu.au 

Alternatively, drop in and pick a form up from the school office.

Give us a call if you need assistance.

Please ensure that you attach the following with the enrolment form. 

• A copy of the Birth Certificate 

• A copy of the Baptismal Certificate 

• The original School Entry Immunisation Certificate supplied from the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register 

• If your child was born out of Australia, we require a copy of their Visa AND Passport
